Everyone is so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. My little guy means the world to me and I would only want to have the very best for him ---- I definitely have that with Dr. Schenkel and her staff! Thank you all! The care I get for my animals is amazing and the doctors are great. One of my dogs has allergy issues, also. I spoke with one of the female doctors about possible allergy testing, but I simply do not have the money. I am at a loss after reading some of the comments below. I understand that mistakes happen. This clinic is very busy and there is some miscommunication, but I believe that is to be expected. I can understand the frustration, but I also understand how their hands are tied with specific situations. Everything is handled case by case, and you may not always get the answer you want. An animal clinic is run the same way a human doctors office is run. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I have never had any issues with this clinic or the staff and I highly recommend it. Their prices are very reasonable as well, which is great during these difficult times. Posted By : Tamara Posted : 8/26/2009 Comments : This is a great veterinary hospital. I have been taking my pets there for years! They truely are there for the health of your pet, they have done excellent with patches, wyatt and fredrick (my pets). The staff there is so friendly and knowledgable! It is obvious they have a passion for what they do! It is funny how people expect to get a perscription without being seen recently, just because they treat animals. I know i could never call my doctor and request a prescription for a medication just because i "know" that i have had that illness before. There an Animal Hospital. Your pets health shouldn't be treated any different than a humans. All in all they are the best vet clinic in town! cheap prices and great staff!!! Posted By : derek Posted : 7/13/2009 Comments : Dear ricky... get over yourself.... they get paid to treat your dogs and they are great at what they do. very personal and professional.. they saved my dogs life.. she spent 7 days there.. when i walk in all the girls come out to see her. they have been VERY good to me after spending the hefty amount for medications and housing for a sick dog for 7 days. they throw in discounts when and where they can... maybe you were just a jerk to them... you'll catch more flies with honey... they are so good here I hesitate to move from fort wayne Posted By : Sarah Didier Posted : 5/14/2009 Comments : When I left FL, I never thought I'd find an animal hospital with as friendly and knowledgeable staff as I had there. Well, I was wrong!! Indian Creek MORE than meets my standards of what a good animal hospital should be. All that and greyhound savvy too!! What more could I ask for?
